JS Paint is also included in a web-based version of Windows 98,
along with Notepad, Minesweeper, Sound Recorder, Calculator, and Winamp.
For a more native experience, you can install the JS Paint desktop app. It works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Alternatively, you can install JS Paint as a PWA (Progressive Web App), but this does not yet support offline use (as it doesn't include a Service Worker). It's more like a bookmark (for now), except it runs in a special window.
The user interface for installing PWAs differs by browser and operating system.
On most desktop browsers, the install prompt is in the URL bar.
On mobile, the install prompt is generally found in the menu of browser options.

Bluebeam does not officially offer a "portable" edition (executable from a USB drive without installation) of Revu eXtreme. However, the software has evolved into a subscription-based ecosystem designed for mobility, allowing you to access "eXtreme-level" features (now under the Complete plan) across multiple devices.
Recommendation: If you're looking for a powerful PDF tool that you can take with you on the go, I highly recommend Bluebeam Revu Extreme Portable. However, if you're on a tight budget or have limited system resources, you may want to consider alternative options. bluebeam revu extreme portable
However, we caution that:
Most self-made portable attempts result in frequent crashes, missing OCR engines, or broken batch processing. Bluebeam does not officially offer a "portable" edition
Do not download repacked, cracked portable versions. They will cost you more in legal fees, IT cleanup, and lost data than the price of a legitimate license. /ProjectA/
