Creature Reaction Inside The Ship V152 Are Better //free\\
Version 1.5.2 heavily elevates the suspense of space horror by making creature reactions inside the ship vastly superior to previous builds.
- Wall Scrape: If a creature turns in a corridor too narrow for its bulk, it no longer clips. It scrapes. This generates sparks, particle effects, and specific audio cues (screeching metal). The creature is momentarily slowed, forcing it to recover, giving the player a tactical window.
- The Crush: If a creature charges at a player in a narrow hallway and misses, its momentum carries it into the wall. In V152, this causes the camera to shake and the ship's lighting to flicker (impact stress). The creature enters a "Stagger State," struggling to reverse its massive bulk in a tight space.
- Flashlight Aversion: In dark corridors, creatures are aggressive. In V152, shining a high-lumen spotlight directly into a creature's eyes causes a "Recoil/Pain" reaction, causing them to backpedal into walls or cover their faces, rather than simply tanking the light.
- Door Interaction: Creatures now physically batter doors. Instead of a door simply opening or vanishing, a creature will slam against it. The door will bulge, dent, and eventually fail with a catastrophic breach animation.
Pathfinding Overhauls: AI "jittering" on large maps or when targeting players on ledges has been significantly reduced, making their pursuit inside ship-like structures smoother. Lethal Company - Steam Community creature reaction inside the ship v152 are better
