For Foreign Minors Residing in the Philippines
- Must present a valid Passport and Visa (ACR I-Card if applicable).
- Requirements are generally the same, focusing on the consent of the parents.
- Minor’s Philippine passport (data page).
- Parent(s) valid government ID.
- Minor’s birth certificate (PSA-issued).
- Travel itinerary (confirmed flight booking).
