- Remove the water tank from the base.
- Turn the tank upside down.
- Unscrew the tank cap (counter-clockwise).
- Fill the tank with cool, clean water. (Distilled is recommended).
- Screw the cap back on tightly to prevent leaking.
- Wipe the outside of the tank dry with a cloth.
- Place the tank back onto the base. Ensure it sits securely.
