ESET Endpoint Security products (including ESET Endpoint Antivirus and ESET Server Security) often utilize a password-protected settings lock. This feature prevents unauthorized users from disabling protection, uninstalling the software, or modifying configuration policies.
Method 1: Reset password using ESET GUI

To set a new password: Enter your new password and click Verify. Option 2: Using ESET PROTECT (Remote Management) Open a command prompt : Press the Windows
If the email reset is unavailable, you must generate a code for ESET Technical Support to assist.
After restart, ESET Endpoint Security will lose its password protection, but some settings may remain locked due to cached policy data. We strongly recommend using the official tool instead.
