Intel Official Archive (via third-party mirrors): Search for Intel Graphics Driver 15.22.54.64.2230 on trusted repositories like Station-Drivers or the official Intel Download Center using the "Legacy" filter.

OEM Direct: Enter your Dell Optiplex 780 service tag at Dell Support. They host the last known good driver.

Linux

Open a terminal and run the command sudo apt-get update to update your package list.
