The Kommander T1 is a compact, modular tactical robot platform designed for urban search-and-rescue and first-response operations. This paper presents its system architecture, key subsystems (mobility, sensing, communications, power, and autonomy), performance evaluation in representative scenarios, and lessons learned from field trials. Results indicate the T1 achieves reliable navigation in cluttered environments, effective victim detection using multi-modal sensors, and secure low-latency remote operation within 150 m line-of-sight.

This means a single Kommander T1 unit can be a sniper, a mule, a scout, or a flying‑drone mothership depending on the mission phase — without returning to base.
