  • Missing Key Item: You cannot use the elevator until you have found the "Broken Keycard" in the pool changing room. The elevator code alone does nothing without this item in your inventory. The keycard activates the keypad’s power.
  • Wrong Elevator: There is a second, decorative elevator in the Art Wing that never opens. Make sure you are in the Lower Level basement, not the main floor.
