Prologue

The city of Palmont and its surrounding mountain ranges simmer with rivalry. Installation Notes for Redux 1.2

  • Requires: A clean installation of Need for Speed: Carbon v1.4 (patch 1.4) - Collector's Edition recommended.
  • Not compatible with: Most other mods (Extra Options, Visual Remake, etc.) unless specifically patched.
  • Recommended: Start a new save game after installing. Old save files will load but may have missing cars or corrupted career progression.
  • Known conflict: Anti-cheat software from some digital storefronts (Origin/EA App) may flag the modified .exe. Use a cracked v1.4 EXE or offline mode.
