Toyota Chassis / Frame Code (most common)
Katashiki (型式) means "model type" or "form." In Toyota parts catalogs and JDM contexts, the Katashiki is the model/grade/frame code like E-JZX100 or GF-SXV20.

For US/Europe Toyotas:
Toyota USA does not use the Japanese prefix (E-, U-, etc.), but they use the Model Code. Open the driver’s door and look at the white or silver sticker. Look for the field labeled "MODEL."
