When your TUHH SOGo webmail mailbox is full, you will stop receiving new emails, and senders may receive a "mailbox full" or "quota exceeded" error. Quick Fixes to Clear Space
- Never save login on public computers in the TUHH library (SB-Building). Always use Incognito/Private mode.
- Log out via the button – Closing the tab does not end the session. Click the power icon in the top right corner of SOGO Full.
- Beware of Phishing: IT Services (RZ) will never ask for your password via email. If you receive an email claiming "Your mailbox is full" with a link to
webmail.tuhh.de/something-fake, report it toservicedesk@tuhh.de.
- Go to the official TUHH webmail portal (usually
webmail.tuhh.de). - Log in with your TUHH credentials (your standard username and password).
- Look at the URL or the login screen options. If you see a link that says "Switch to Advanced Interface" or "SOGO Full" – click it.
- Bookmark the full URL – It often looks like
https://webmail.tuhh.de/SOGo/.
Issue 4: Calendar invitations not showing up.
Solution: Check your Spam folder. TUHH firewalls occasionally flag automatic ICS files as phishing. Add noreply@tuhh.de to your SOGO safe sender list. tuhh webmail sogo full
