When your TUHH SOGo webmail mailbox is full, you will stop receiving new emails, and senders may receive a "mailbox full" or "quota exceeded" error. Quick Fixes to Clear Space

  1. Never save login on public computers in the TUHH library (SB-Building). Always use Incognito/Private mode.
  2. Log out via the button – Closing the tab does not end the session. Click the power icon in the top right corner of SOGO Full.
  3. Beware of Phishing: IT Services (RZ) will never ask for your password via email. If you receive an email claiming "Your mailbox is full" with a link to webmail.tuhh.de/something-fake, report it to servicedesk@tuhh.de.
  1. Go to the official TUHH webmail portal (usually webmail.tuhh.de).
  2. Log in with your TUHH credentials (your standard username and password).
  3. Look at the URL or the login screen options. If you see a link that says "Switch to Advanced Interface" or "SOGO Full" – click it.
  4. Bookmark the full URL – It often looks like https://webmail.tuhh.de/SOGo/.
