Method 1: USB Normal Upgrade (Most Common)
- Prepare USB: Insert into PC, right-click, format to FAT32.
- Copy File: Extract the firmware .bin file to the root of the USB (not inside any folder).
- Power Off: Turn off the Xcruiser 785 from the rear physical switch.
- Insert USB: Plug the drive into any USB port (preferably the rear port for stability).
- Power On: Turn the switch back on. The receiver will boot normally.
- Navigate: Menu > USB > Software Update > Upgrade by USB.
- Select File: The receiver will detect the .bin file. Press OK.
- Confirm: A warning appears: "Erase all data?" Press Yes.
- Wait: The progress bar will run. Do not turn off the power – this takes 2-4 minutes.
- Reboot: Once complete, the receiver will restart. Remove the USB.
