Symptom: Windows says "Third-party INF does not contain digital signature information." Fix: Restart Windows. As the PC boots, press F8 (or Shift+Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings) and select "Disable driver signature enforcement." Install the driver, then reboot normally.
