Method 1: The Official ZKTeco Global Support Portal (Safest)

1. Go to www.zkteco.com
2. Hover over "Support" → Click "Download"
3. In the search bar, type: "ZKAccess 3.5" (Do not type "35")
4. Filter by "Software" and "Access Control"
5. Look for a file named: ZKAccess3.5_Setup.zip or ZKAccess_v3.5.0.xxx.exe

6) Adding devices (basic)

1. Ensure device is on same LAN and has an IP (check device display or use manufacturer’s discovery tool).
2. In zkAccess, go to Devices → Add. Enter device IP, port (default often 4370), and device password (from device admin).
3. Test connection. If it fails, check firewall, ping, and ensure correct subnet.
4. Once connected, synchronize device time and download/upload users/logs as needed.
