The IP address 192.168.1.1 is the default gateway for many ZTE routers.
- Locate the Reset button on the back or bottom of the router (often recessed in a small hole).
- With the router powered on, use a paperclip to press and hold the button for 10–15 seconds.
- Release. The lights will flash, and the router will restart with factory settings (including default IP
192.168.1.1and default username/password).

- If you're setting up the router for the first time, look for a “Setup Wizard” or “Quick Setup” option.
- Follow the wizard to configure basic settings like Internet connection type, Wi-Fi network name (SSID), and Wi-Fi password.

- Soft reboot via the admin page (System Tools → Reboot).
- Factory reset via button: press/hold the Reset button (usually ~10 seconds) while powered on.
- After factory reset, admin credentials return to defaults and settings are lost—reconfigure.
